Denmark

Denmark is a country that has a rugged coastline, is located on Jutland and adjacent islands. The largest islands are: Sjælland, Fyn, Lolland, Falster, Langelland. Most of the Danish island is inhabited. The interior consists of lowlands. Another situation is in Greenland, where most of the island is covered by thick ice, and yet keep the population here. From a political perspective, Denmark is a constitutional monarchy under which the municipalities within the two areas: the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Faroe Islands gained independence in the year 1948 and  Greenland gained international status and autonomy in the year 1979.
